Our History on Office Space
Executive Office Place was founded by Frank and Gail Fabish in 1989. They wanted to form a business where they could be closer to their clients, form long term client relationships and help newly formed as well as established businesses achieve success. The driving force of their business philosophy has been quality delivered services, superior people and relentless client focus and attention to detail. Their first business center, at Route 315 and Ackerman, included 18 medium-sized offices. There was a staff of 3 professionals to service their clients needs. During the 1990s, the business expanded quickly under the close scrutiny of the owners. It did so by establishing thriving business communities where the Executive Office Place staff provided Five Star service and incredible value. Today, Executive Office Place has over 61,000 square feet of premium office space with 205 offices in 3 business centers with a professional staff of 10. Over 210 successful businesses office at their 3 business centers. Their goal today is the same as it was in 1989: To specialize in providing convenient, high quality services and offices in a full service office environment so our clients can focus on their business and achieve success. This unwavering commitment to quality offices, services and staff has earned Executive Office Place a reputation as no-nonsense professionals and the premier provider of office and work space in Central Ohio. True to its family roots, their son, Troy Fabish, joined the business in 1995. Since that time he has managed 2 of the business centers while achieving 100% occupancy of his first business center in 1997. In 2002, he became a partner and assumed the role of Vice-President, Sales and Marketing. Even though Executive Office Place has grown significantly since 1989, the company’s focus on its clients and their success remains steadfast insuring its future in the Columbus real estate market.
